Right after we do body weight exercise to tone up your abs and arms. Imagine yourself completing 150 jumping jacks, 100 body weight squats and 50 pushups and sit-ups and more! Yup this is a 90 minute workout must have for all ages and fitness levels! This is a signature designed class by your host NBA Cheerleader Captain Alumn for the Chicago Bulls “Luvabulls” and Master Fitness Trainer, Naledi Sesinyi.
This is not your girlie workout! This is a workout for men and women that wanna have a strong core and tight abs! There is absolutely no dancing in this class! Its pushups, situps and burpees and more! So you will not only work up a sweat but compliment a jumpstart to your week of weight training. Its always a great idea to learn how to manage your own body weight to build strength, muscular endurance and overall body image improvement. This is a class you need to bring a friend and support each other getting through mountain climbers and situps! But its also safe and fun and designed for all!
