This is a signature designed class by your host NBA Cheerleader Captain Alumn for the Chicago Bulls “Luvabulls” and Master Fitness Trainer, Naledi Sesinyi.
Bikini Body Bootcamp
This is not your girlie workout! This is a workout for men and women that wanna have a strong core and tight abs! There is absolutely no dancing in this class! Its pushups, situps and burpees and more! So you will not only work up a sweat but compliment a jumpstart to your week of weight training. Its always a great idea to learn how to manage your own body weight to build strength, muscular endurance and overall body image improvement. This is a class you need to bring a friend and support each other getting through mountain climbers and situps! But its also safe and fun and designed for all!
